1. Eligibility for Returns

- The plush toy is damaged, defective, or does not match your order.
- The quantity received is incorrect.
2. Time Frame for Returns
Initiate your return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and accessories. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
6. Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are issued if your return request is approved and the item is returned in acceptable condition.
